(Conveyancing) (Amendment)
Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73D(1), (2) and (3) of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 8 May 2015.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2(2) of the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 391/2011) is amended by deleting the words “all substances thereunder” in paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of “land” and substituting the words “so much of the subterranean space below”.
