Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2010.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23rd October 2009.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) shall come into operation on 21st January 2010.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4 of the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 400/2006) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “QB Pte Ltd” in sub-paragraph (e) and substituting the words “PaymentLink Pte Ltd”; and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (zf) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“(zg)	AJ Supermart (S) Pte Ltd;
(zh)	NTUC Link Pte Ltd.”.
