Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 13th June 2000.

Amendment of rule 13

2. Rule 13 of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) Rules (R 8) is amended by deleting “$5” and substituting “$10”.

Amendment of rule 14

3. Rule 14 of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) Rules is amended by deleting “$5” in the 6th line and substituting “$10”.
