(Chapter 213)
Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Official Secrets Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:
“
“8A. Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Private Limited and its subsidiary corporations”.
”.
