Workplace Safety and Health
(Shipbuilding and Ship-Repairing) (Amendment)
Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Shipbuilding and Ship-Repairing) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2014.
Amendment of regulation 17
2.  Regulation 17 of the Workplace Safety and Health (Shipbuilding and Ship-Repairing) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 270/2008) is amended by deleting paragraph (b).
Deletion of regulation 40
3.  Regulation 40 of the Workplace Safety and Health (Shipbuilding and Ship‑Repairing) Regulations 2008 is deleted.
