(Amendment) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations (Rg 13) is amended by deleting the words “or 42”.
