Infectious Diseases (Quarantine)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) Regulations (Rg 1) are amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Port Health Officer” wherever they appear in regulations 31(1) and (2) and 32(1) and (2), the words “or the Director‑General, Food Administration”.
