Town Council of Jalan Besar (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Jalan Besar hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Jalan Besar (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2007.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Town Council of Jalan Besar (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 71) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (5) under the heading “Note”, the following paragraph:

“(6) Any total amount ascertained under items 7 to 12, respectively, shall be rounded to the nearest $0.10.”.
