Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 23rd June 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Grand Plaza Park Hotel City Hall” in item (32) and substituting the words “Grand Park City Hall”;
(b)by deleting item (71) relating to The Sha Villa;
(c)by deleting item (101) relating to Tropical Hotel; and
(d)by inserting, immediately after item (125), the following items:
(126)  Hotel 81 – Heritage.
(127)  Value Hotel – Balestier.
(128)  G Hotel.
(129)  The Quincy Hotel.
(130)  Ibis Singapore On Bencoolen.
(131)  Capella Hotel, Singapore.
(132)  Ascott Singapore Raffles Place.
(133)  Value Hotel – Nice.”.
