Delegation of Powers
(Ministry of Finance)
(Amendment) Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Finance, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 14th April 2014.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (No. 2) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 536/2005) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Registrar of the Supreme Court” in item 11 under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State” in Part I and substituting the words “Chief Executive, Judiciary Administration and Operations of the Supreme Court”;
(b)by deleting the words “Senior District Judge, Subordinate Courts” in item 12 under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State” in Part I and substituting the words “Registrar of the State Courts”;
(c)by deleting the words “Registrar of the Supreme Court” in item 11 under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State” in Part II and substituting the words “Chief Executive, Judiciary Administration and Operations of the Supreme Court”; and
(d)by deleting the words “Senior District Judge, Subordinate Courts” in item 12 under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State” in Part II and substituting the words “Registrar of the State Courts”.
