Singapore Armed Forces (Saver — Premium Fund) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205 (C) (8) of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (SAVER — Premium Fund) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2000.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3(1) of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAVER-Premium Fund) Regulations (Rg 18) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Permanent Secretary (Defence Development)” in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the words “Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Defence”;
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the word “Defence;” in sub-paragraph (f), the word “and”;
(c)	by deleting sub-paragraphs (g) and (h); and
(d)	by deleting “5” in sub-paragraph (i) and substituting “7”. [G.N. No. S 190/2000]
