Building Control
(Buildability and Productivity)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 18 May 2018.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 20, the following items:
