(Prescribed Regulated Products)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the Resource Sustainability Act 2019, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Resource Sustainability (Prescribed Regulated Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 July 2023.
Replacement of First Schedule
2.  In the Resource Sustainability (Prescribed Regulated Products) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 900/2019), replace the First Schedule with —
