Road Traffic (Exemptions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemptions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 6th May 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Exemptions) (Consolidation) Order (O 2) is amended by deleting the item relating to G.N. No. S 27/74.
