Air Navigation Act
(Chapter 6)
Air Navigation (Changi Airport Fees) (Revocation) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2)(o) of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Changi Airport Fees) (Revocation) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.
Revocation
2.  The Air Navigation (Changi Airport Fees) Order (O 3) is revoked.

Made this 30th day of June 2009.
