Protected Places
(Consolidation) (Amendment)
Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 8th June 2006.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (8) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting paragraph 2 relating to VERY HIGH FREQUENCY STATION, MOUNT FABER.
