Active Mobility (Registration of
Registrable Personal Mobility Devices)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Registration of Registrable Personal Mobility Devices) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of regulation 23

2. In the Active Mobility (Registration of Registrable Personal Mobility Devices) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 13/2019), in regulation 23(2) —

(a)	in sub-paragraph (a), replace “$26.75” with “$27.25”;
(b)	in sub-paragraph (b), replace “$19.26” with “$19.62”; and
(c)	in sub-paragraph (c), replace “$5.35” with “$5.45”.
