(Exemption) (No. 25)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 25) Notification 2013.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the People’s Association from the provisions of the Act in respect of the lottery to be held at the “Integration Carnival 2013” on 18th May 2013 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sapphire Pavillion@Siloso Beach, Sentosa, Singapore.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the People’s Association with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
