Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 20 May 2015.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 00443L of TS 21 at 17 and 19 Kim Yam Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The Singapore Buddhist Lodge to the competent authority on 9 February 2015.
