Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2008.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. Item 7 in the Fifth Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“7. Sections 23, 24C, 24D and 24E of the Public Transport Council Act (Cap. 259B).”.
