Newspaper and Printing Pressses (Exemption)
(Statutory Bodies) (Amendment No.2) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment No.2) Notification 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (HA) in the Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) Notification (N 6) is amended by renumbering “Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.” as item (1) of that item, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“(2)	Singapore Land Authority.”.
