Free Trade Zones Act
(Chapter 114)
Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) Notification (N 4) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (3) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(3)  The Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hereby appointed as the authority to administer, maintain and operate —
(a)the Changi Airport Cargo Terminal Complex — Free Trade Zone; and
(b)the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore — Free Trade Zone.”.
