(Admission) (Amendment)
Rules 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) and (2) of the Legal Profession Act, the Board of Directors of the Singapore Institute of Legal Education, after consulting the Minister for Law and the Council of the Law Society of Singapore, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Legal Profession (Admission) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 17th May 2013.
Amendment of rule 25
2.  Rule 25(4) of the Legal Profession (Admission) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 244/2011) is amended by deleting the words “has satisfied the relevant requirements under the Act to be” in sub-paragraph (a)(i) and substituting the word “is”.
