Energy Conservation Act
(Commencement) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Energy Conservation Act 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Energy Conservation Act (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The following provisions of the Energy Conservation Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st July 2012:
(a)Parts I and II;
(b)sections 68 to 73, 75, 76, 80(2) and 82;
(c)the First Schedule; and
(d)item 2(b) of the Second Schedule.
