(Commencement) (No. 2)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Energy Conservation Act 2012, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Energy Conservation Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2012.
2.  Divisions 1 and 3 of Part IV of the Energy Conservation Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st July 2012.
