(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the United Nations (Sanctions — South Sudan) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 22 April 2020.
New regulation 11A
2.  The United Nations (Sanctions — South Sudan) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 395/2019) are amended by inserting, immediately after regulation 11, the following regulation:
Power to investigate
11A.  Any person designated by the Minister for the purposes of this regulation may investigate into any offence under these Regulations and, when investigating any such offence, may exercise all the powers of a police officer under the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68) in relation to arrestable offences.”.
