| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2014. |
| 2. Sections 2(a) and (b), 15(b), (c) and (e) and 16 to 22 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 28th April 2014. |
