Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Active Mobility Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  Sections 68(a), (b) and (c), 70(1)(d) and 71(a), (b), (c) and (e) of the Active Mobility Act 2017 come into operation on 20 June 2017.
