Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act
(Amendment of Fifth Schedule)
Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2012.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately below the Schedule heading “SPECIFIED ACTS”, the following Part heading:

“Part I

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 7, the following Part:

“Part II

1. All provisions of the Energy Conservation Act 2012 (Act 11 of 2012) and any subsidiary legislation thereunder carried out or administered by the Authority.”.
