Land Revenue Collection (Fees)
(Amendment) Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) of the Land Revenue Collection Act, the Singapore Land Authority makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Revenue Collection (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 1 June 2015.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Land Revenue Collection (Fees) Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (2) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(2) A Collector of Land Revenue may remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee paid or payable under paragraph (1).”.
