(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 14 May 2021.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by deleting the item relating to “Petir Road.”.
