(Exemption) (No. 21)
Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 21) Notification 2012.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts The Japanese Association, Singapore (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Fund-Raising for the Community Chest” promotion to be held from 2nd July 2012 to 27th September 2012 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 28th September 2012 at the premises of the organiser.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions stated in the Schedule.
