(Election Advertising)
(Revocation) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60, 60AA and 81 of the Presidential Elections Act 1991, the Prime Minister makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Presidential Elections (Election Advertising) (Revocation) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 June 2023.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Presidential Elections (Election Advertising) Regulations (Rg 3).
