In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Footpaths) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 19 April 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Active Mobility (Footpaths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 252/2018), delete items 54 and 55.
