(Exemption) (No. 26)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 26) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (called the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Sure Win Lucky Dip” promotion (called the promotion) to be held on 30 May 2015 from 6.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Playground @ Big Splash, East Coast Parkway.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
