(Exemption) (No. 29)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 29) Notification 2017.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Fu Lu Shou — Match & Win” promotion to be held from 21 June 2017 to 23 July 2017 (both dates inclusive);

(b)

the lottery called the “Kiosk Game” to be held as part of that promotion where —

(i)	promotional slips are issued at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the premises of the casino at Marina Bay Sands daily from 7.26 p.m. on 25 June 2017 to 7.25 p.m. on 22 July 2017; and
(ii)	the “Gameball” sessions are conducted daily at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands at 7.30 p.m. from 26 June 2017 to 22 July 2017 (both dates inclusive); and

(c)

the “Finale Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands in 3 sessions hourly from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on 23 July 2017.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
