Central Provident Fund Act
(Chapter 36)
Central Provident Fund (Revised Minimum Sum Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Labour, after consultation with the Central Provident Fund Board, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Revised Minimum Sum Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 1997.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule
2.  The Fourth Schedule to the Central Provident Fund (Revised Minimum Sum Scheme) Regulations 1995 (G.N. No. S 305/95) is amended by deleting item (i) and substituting the following items:
“
(i)On or after 1st July 2001 but before 1st July 2002

(j)On or after 1st July 2002

”.
