(INVEST Fund) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 29th June 2012.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Fund) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended ―

(a)	by inserting, at the end of paragraph (1)(h), the word “and”;
(b)	by deleting sub-paragraphs (ha) and (i) of paragraph (1);
(c)	by re-lettering sub-paragraph (j) of paragraph (1) as sub-paragraph (i); and
(d)	by deleting the words “paragraph (1)(j)” in paragraph (2) and substituting the words “paragraph (1)(i)”.
