Amusement Rides Safety (Amendment)
Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Amusement Rides Safety Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Amusement Rides Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 June 2015.
Amendment of regulation 18
2.  Regulation 18(2) of the Amusement Rides Safety Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 343/2011) is amended by deleting the words “or 3A” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “, 3A, 3C or 3CA”.
