Companies (Amendment)
Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and are deemed to have come into operation on 8 February 2016.

Amendment of regulation 89

2. Regulation 89 of the Companies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators” in paragraph (e) and substituting the words “Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore”.

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators” in paragraph 2(iv) of Form 45B and substituting the words “Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore”.
