Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2008.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “Punishment for rape” in item 95, the words “(for offences committed prior to repeal with effect from 1st February 2008)”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 329, the following Part and items:
Part VI — Offences included as serious offences with effect from 1st February 2008
