Fire Safety (Fire Safety Engineers)
(Amendment) Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (Fire Safety Engineers) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 August 2015.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5 of the Fire Safety (Fire Safety Engineers) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended by deleting “$275” in paragraph (c) and substituting “$475”.
