(National Day Parade 2012)
Declaration 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Public Order Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Declaration:
Citation
1.  This Declaration may be cited as the Public Order (National Day Parade 2012) Declaration 2012.
National Day Parade 2012 is special event
2.  The event known as the National Day Parade 2012, being held at the Float@Marina on 9th August 2012, is hereby declared a special event for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
Special event site
3.—(1)  The special event site for the National Day Parade 2012 is the Marina Bay area described in the Schedule.
(2)  Notwithstanding sub-paragraph (1), any land that is not a public place shall not be part of the special event site.
Period of special event
4.  The period for which this Declaration is in force is the whole of 9th August 2012 only.
