Securities and Futures (Organised Markets)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 44 and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Organised Markets) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 26 April 2019.
Amendment of regulation 6
2.  Regulation 6 of the Securities and Futures (Organised Markets) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 608/2018) is amended by deleting paragraph (2).
