(Fees) (Amendment)
Rules 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(2)(c) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) Rules (R 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (8), the following items:

“(9)	For the supply of a photographic or other copy of a plan for the purpose of section 8A or 17 of the Street Works Act

(i)	$10 for each copy of A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm)

(ii)	$5 for each copy of any size smaller than A0 size.

(10)	For each official search of as-built information of a road structure for the purpose of section 8A or 17 of the Street Works Act
