(Works on Public Streets) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Works on Public Streets) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2012.

Amendment of regulation 5

2. Regulation 5(1) of the Street Works (Works on Public Streets) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting “$150” in sub‑paragraph (c)(i) and substituting “$165”.
