Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
(Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 June 2015.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Paragraph 1 of the Second Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “laid‑up vessels” in sub‑paragraph 1.22, the words “, offshore supply vessels”;
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the words “damaged vessels” in sub‑paragraph 1.25, the words “, floating production, storage and offloading vessels”;
(c)	by deleting sub‑paragraph 1.32; and
(d)	by inserting, immediately after the word “For” in sub‑paragraph 1.33, the word “barges,”.

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. Paragraph 2 of the Third Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph 2.1.11 and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
