Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 3)
Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 22 April 2020.

Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule

2. Item 8 of Part 2 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended by renumbering the existing item in the second column as item (1), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“(2) St Luke’s ElderCare Residence @ Ang Mo Kio”.
