Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2013.
2.  Sections 76(h), 78(a), 80, 81(a) and (e), 84 and 86(a), (b), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st June 2013.
