(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2016.

2. Sections 2, 11, 16, 38 and 39 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 come into operation on 1 August 2016.
